Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are handled personally over phone or WhatsApp. There’s no self-service option online. A quick message is all it takes, and it lets us offer your slot to another team.

Since payment is at the venue, there’s nothing to refund. Just let us know as early as you can, and we’ll cancel your booking or move it to a time that suits you better.
