Cancel or reschedule
Cancellations and rescheduling are handled personally over phone or WhatsApp. There’s no self-service option online. A quick message is all it takes, and it lets us offer your slot to another team.
Tell us early if you can. The more notice we have, the more we can do with the slot.

What about the money?
Bookings made now are settled at the venue, so cancelling one costs you nothing. If you have already paid for a booking online, our refund and return policy is what applies.
