Frequently asked questions
Do I pay online?
No. Booking online is free and payment is at the venue when you arrive, by cash or card. The price for your slot is shown before you confirm.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot. Your game master will brief the team before the clock starts, and late arrivals eat into your game time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations and rescheduling are handled over phone or WhatsApp. There is no self-service option. See our cancellation policy page for details and hours.
Is it scary? Can beginners play?
Our rooms are atmospheric rather than horror: no jump scares, no actors grabbing you. Each room shows a difficulty rating; game masters tune hints so first-timers have a great run.
How many players do we need?
It varies by room. Each room page shows its minimum and maximum team size, and the booking form only accepts a party size that fits.
Can we book for a birthday or corporate event?
Absolutely. Book multiple slots online, or contact us for group arrangements and we will set something up.
What languages are the games in?
Games are run in English; our game masters also speak Sinhala and can help mixed groups along.
